They are a pipe band based in Ballygowan County Down, just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland. T They play the Brian Boru pipes, a variation of the great highland bagpipes with a few noteworthy differences. The Main difference is the chanter which on our version has 3 keys and their drone setup includes a Bass, Tenor and Baritone. They have a different sound from the great highland bagpipes due to the Bass Drone, Baritone and a tenor drone including traditional cane reeds which give a rich tone.
