THE VALVES are a young, up and coming, indie rock band based in Bettystown, Co. Meath consisting of on vocalist and rhythm guitarist Glenn McKeon, lead guitarist Fionn O'Brien, bassist Aaron Marry and drummer Robert Brown.
Having been together for the best part of four years, meeting in music class in secondary school, these best friends have culminated their distinct yet similar musical tastes and styles which they have used to shape their anthemic indie pop rock sound with influences coming from bands such as Catfish and the Bottlemen, Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks, Stereophonics and MGMT
