The Irish Rovers celebrated their 50 years of music with a world tour and the release of the greatest of their greatest hits albums. “The Irish Rovers, 50 Years” includes over 70 songs and 22 new recordings. Originally formed in Toronto, the lads, all émigrés from Northern Ireland, played in their early days in Calgary, Alberta at The Depression Coffee House. That eventually led to their first record deal with Decca four years later. Currently The band splits their time between Canada and Ireland.
