KingFishr

In 2023, KingFishr, a Limerick band formed by UL engineering students Eddie, McGoo, and Fitz, gained acclaim in the indie folk scene. They supported Bruce Springsteen at BST, joined George Ezra and Dermot Kennedy on tour, and performed at major festivals like Electric Picnic. Their music, a blend of modern and Irish traditional sounds, led to a sold-out UK and Ireland headline tour, including an extra show in Limerick's Milk Market due to high demand. Despite their rapid rise, they remain grounded and focused on evolving their sound.
