Javier Carrillo (Javi) is an Irish-Peruvian musician, songwriter, and producer making indie rock and pop. His influences are alternative rock from the 90s, The Beatles, and 70s "trova" from South America. He became active in the Dublin scene in late 2016, performing both with his band (power trio of bass, drums, guitar + vocals) and solo (acoustic guitar in hand). Javier gets inspiration from events in his life and those of people around him - a missed friend, a new episode in life, lost hopes, gained perspectives.
