"brand new friend are probably one of the most uplifting prospects on the Belfast scene, they've got hints of American bands like The Front Bottoms and Modern Baseball and they are rather great" ~ Stuart Bailie, on The Huw Stephen's Show, BBC Radio 1. Lead by brother/sister vocalists Lauren and Taylor Johnson, 'brand new friend' are an indie pop band from Northern Ireland. To date they have had their music featured on a host of local and national radio stations, from BBC Radio 1 to The Tom Robinson Show on BBC 6 Music.
