Hi muso’s, I created this course as something positive I could give to others that would be around after I’m gone. It will always be free and as someone who has had times of extreme lack in confidence, I hope that you find it helpful. – Ryan K

The course is made of 5 sections, with multiple videos in each section. Each is labelled here on Youtube for you to work through, with the number of the section first, then the number of the video
E.g the first video of section one is labelled 1.1, the third video in section two is labelled 2.3 …etc

All of the training will not work as well if you are letting self-doubt get in the way. For the exercises to be realised to full affect, and for you to see the changes that you want, you must not limit yourself or be afraid of success. In section 4 we address the roadblocks that can come up, and you are shown how to eliminate fear so that you welcome confidence!
