Hi muso’s, I created this course as something positive I could give to others that would be around after I’m gone. It will always be free and as someone who has had times of extreme lack in confidence, I hope that you find it helpful. – Ryan K

The course is made of 5 sections, with multiple videos in each section. Each is labelled here on Youtube for you to work through, with the number of the section first, then the number of the video
E.g the first video of section one is labelled 1.1, the third video in section two is labelled 2.3 …etc

Section one is for you to get clear on where you are at and where you want to go, so that you are focussed and are not lost. Important questions are asked and the essential groundwork is covered first so that you get the best start possible and are ready for change!
